If you have a set of scales and know your height, you can use the following formula to calculate your BMI: Calculate your BMI First, find your weight in kilograms and height in meters. Eg = 50 kg weight Height = 1.8 Multiply your height by itself. For example, 1.8 x 1.8 = 3.24 Divide your weight by that number. For example, 50 ÷ 3.24 = 15.4 15.4 is the body mass index that is lower than the range of healthy body weight. If you do not feel comfortable working out your BMI using the formula below, there are plenty of BMI calculators online that will do it for you. Alternatively, if you do not have access to a set of scales at home and then just visit your GP or practice nurse, either of which measure your height, weighed and tell you your BMI. http://soundcloudcommunity.org/postdrox/
